BOOKING
Booking could not be easier. Just click on the ‘Booking’ tab and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Amex, Maestro and Paypal. Our website is secure: all payments are handled through Secure Trading or Paypal, giving you complete security and peace of mind.
For bookings made from the UK or the European Union VAT at the current rate is added. Bookings from all other countries are VAT exempt.
DATA PROTECTION COLLECTION NOTICE
In general you can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. If, however, you use our site to make a booking you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself. This information will be used only in accordance with our duties under the Data Protection Act 1998. Your name, address and contact details will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling your booking. Your details may be kept for a period (updated as appropriate) to enable us to carry out any further bookings you may make more expediently. We may also use information that you provide for assessment and analysis, e.g. marketing, customer and product analysis, to enable us to review, develop and improve our services. Although your name and address are never released to anyone outside NLP Conference Limited or Crown House Publishing Limited (who process our orders) we do occasionally carry out mailings on behalf of other organisations when we believe the product or service they are offering could be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such mailings please indicate in the tick box on the booking screen and we will amend our records accordingly.
Please be aware that all orders are processed by Crown House Publishing Limited, who will only use your name, address and contact details for the purposes mentioned in the preceding paragraph. Please note that cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We do not exchange cookies with any third party websites or external data suppliers.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to request copies of any information we may hold on you (a small fee of £10 may be charged) and to request that we correct, update or destroy any such information. Any request should be sent to NLP Conference Ltd, Crown Buildings, Bancyfelin, Carmarthen SA33 5ND.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following is a guideline policy that we follow in the event of you cancelling your booking unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation charge 20 - 7 weeks ahead - standard charge of £30
Cancellation charge 6 - 4 weeks ahead - 20% of fee
Cancellation charge 3 - 2 weeks ahead - 45% of fee
Cancellation charge 1 week or less ahead - 60% of fee
Cancellation less than 2 days or without notice - fees cannot be refunded
You are free to carry your full fee over to the next November NLP Conference for cancellations made more than one week in advance. You may also pass your ticket onto a friend or colleague without charge - provided we are given the contact details of the new delegate at least two days in advance.
In addition if you are an individual acting for purposes outside your business you have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund at any time up to 7 working days after your booking is confirmed by us unless the first day of the conference for which you have booked starts during that period, in which case your right to cancel ends at the start of that day.
We reserve the right to cancel any conference due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, full refunds will be given. We will not be liable for any consequential loss.
