Emma Sargent
Emma Sargent and Tim Fearon are parents as well as being highly regarded trainers, coaches, NLP Master Practitioners and in Emma's case an NLP Trainer. In their search for the best possible future for their children, they took on the attitude of curiosity that is fundamental to NLP, engaged and adapted some key NLP techniques and applied to all they did a simple coaching framework. The success of this approach, used with their own children, the children of friends, other parents and teachers is the subject of Emma's new book, 'Flying Start, Coaching your Children for Life'. This session gives an insight into their approach and offers participants an opportunity to experience some of the strategies they use. Given that they now have a library of stories of success, it also gives participants a chance to see how these strategies can be applied to a wide variety of children’s experiences.
