In our healthy old age it is too late to look back and say 'I wish I had . . .' The time to make choices is now.

We will look at the choices we are making about our lives. Are we clear about what we want to achieve, who we are becoming and the state of being from which we want to live our lives? Are we living our own life or fulfilling someone else's dreams?

Participants will have the opportunity to take a key step in changing the course of their life.
