Sacred Clowning is an improvised art form, whereby the participants can express their creativity in a safe and supportive environment.

This innate creativity can manifest itself in song, dance, music and mime. The beauty of the work arises from being truly authentic, really feeling the emotion of the moment, and not acting.

In this session we will touch the simplicity and unique presence of the Sacred Clown - and have some fun!
