Obesity – a Misunderstood Metaphor (2006 Session)

Obesity and its associated diseases cost the NHS two billion pounds per year. Within the next decade obesity will be a practical concern for one out of every two people in the developed world.

For a century medical advice has been consistent, flawed and unsuccessful. We are in the midst of an epidemic of people eating less than at any time in recent history, excepting famine. The expectations of an exercise panacea have yet to materialise in the long term.

What about starting to do things differently and build some hope? This present endeavour combines NLP, psychoneuroimmunology and the inherent wisdom of our Soul, to know how to be different.

In this session participants will:

  • Question and perhaps transform their assumptions about weight, health, body and Soul
  • Learn what it takes to do a makeover from the inside out
  • Learn what is true, realistic and safe when it comes to shedding excess poundage
  • Gain access to the Soul, experience your own Wisdom to make a change
  • Experience first hand the systemic nature of mind, collective and extended
  • Perhaps do something to counteract the next decade's most expensive and costly disease of the human condition
