Obesity – a Misunderstood Metaphor (2006 Session)
Obesity and its associated diseases cost the NHS two billion pounds per year. Within the next decade obesity will be a practical concern for one out of every two people in the developed world. For a century medical advice has been consistent, flawed and unsuccessful. We are in the midst of an epidemic of people eating less than at any time in recent history, excepting famine. The expectations of an exercise panacea have yet to materialise in the long term. What about starting to do things differently and build some hope? This present endeavour combines NLP, psychoneuroimmunology and the inherent wisdom of our Soul, to know how to be different. In this session participants will:
