A Training is for Dogs & Horses (2006 Session)

NLP has advanced in every area - except its delivery.

Training - the entrainment of behavior - continues to predominate. As if people do not have neurological levels and capabilities well beyond anchoring and cause-effect.

Drawing on his discoveries with Steve Andreas on the Structure of Generalizations, Charles will describe the limiting presuppositions of training, how they actually impede the acquisition of key NLP principles, and then demonstrate an approach to acquiring NLP based on how we unconsciously create categories and naturally expand our abilities into new areas of our lives.
